I'm having trouble getting my presale passcode to work: Sorry that you are having trouble with your passcode. Please make sure you follow the directions below when entering your code. * Please make sure you are entering your code in the "FAN CLUB PRESALE" field on Ticketmaster.com. * Make sure you enter your code EXACTLY how it??s been presented to you. * Make sure there are no spaces before or after your code * The letters in your code are case sensitive. * Make sure you are using the code for the show it was assigned for. It will not work for other events. * Make sure you are not entering numbers when you should be using letters. For example: Letter "I" and Letter "O" We recommend that you copy and paste the code directly into the field to ensure you have entered it correctly. We hope this helps.
